Appointment Information

In an effort to serve our clients more efficiently, we are currently only booking appointments via phone and text.

Please note that your appointment is not confirmed until you pay the deposit AND send confirmation to 916.672.CURL.  So that we can accommodate other clients fairly, we require at least 24 hours prior notice to cancel an appointment.  Appointments canceled less than 24hrs will forfeit the deposit. 


  • Please have your style/install desired, date and time in mind for appointment before reaching out. 

  • If you are new to protective styles- we would like to see a picture of your natural hair (no videos).

  • In person consultations are not needed for any installs. Contact us with what questions you have along with a picture.

  • We accept cash, debit and credit cards. Cash app is accepted if needed, but not a preferred tender.

  • Please no visitors or children during your appointments. Minors can be accompanied by their parent. Mask must be worn. 

  • Hair should be washed, dried and free of product. If your hair is not and we're not informed while booking, its highly likely that we will have to rebook you and your deposit is not refundable. Please let us know if you need your hair washed when booking. 

  • Please do not contact us multiple ways, as it will slow down the response time. 

  • Hair sales are separate from installs. All hair sales are final.

  • If you wish to purchase hair with us, please confirm PRIOR to your appointment we have what you're looking for. 

  • If available, appointments 5pm and later are an additional fee of $25.

  • We do not recommend a hair brand if you wish to purchase hair elsewhere. We just ask that you purchase 100% human hair.

  • Coloring services are not done the same day as your install. We need the hair 1 week prior. Pricing varies. Please inquire with the salon for more information. 

  • If you prefer a specific Stylist, please mention that when booking your appointment.
